Sofía Jirau, made history as the first model with Down's Syndrome to work with Victoria's Secret, fronting the brand's Love Cloud campaign in 2022.

The Puerto Rican model is also one of the few models with Down's Syndrome to walk during New York Fashion Week in 2020, having made her modelling debut in 2019 on her 23rd birthday, and has since worked with designers including Lisa Cappalli, Luis Antonio and Kelvin Giovannie. Jirau also launched the No Limit campaign to raise awareness about people with Down's syndrome, and to demonstrate the capacity they possess to achieve their goals.
